Users may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, the client’s or user’s personal data shall or may be included in a file owned by Eneris Environment Energy Consultants S.L., Tax Identification Number B85751600, with registered office at Calle Duque de Alba 15, 3-6, 28005 Madrid, Spain, and email address datos@enerisconsultants.com

Without the processing of such data, it would not be possible to perform the contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, or to handle the user’s request, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The data shall be processed for the duration of the provision of the service and shall be retained for the applicable statutory limitation periods, in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.
